Learn the roots of Jewish prayer in Hebrew. Gain practice and fluency with sounding out the words correctly. Explore the meanings of the words and prayers and gain a sense of connection and deep introspection and mindfulness using the ancient words of the Jewish tradition. This course includes a book.
